Well I felt good most of today. However now I am feeling the confusion and that funny feeling in head again. Of course I did get up and do to much cause I thought I was better. Then neighbor told me she mowed my lawn around 2 yesterday. Well, I knew she had because I looked out and was surorized to see it mowed. You see our windows are old do not keep noise out and our yard wrapps around house. I always hear even all neighbors few houses away their lawn mowers. Deb said she could not believe I did not hear it. I was not napping yesterday, or in shower. I had times before where I thought it was 12 then it was 4 or5 . So tired of this I thought I was better today. This is dissapointment.
I only took one med this afternoon before I start to feel bad That was Provigile. So I am now going to check it out. Anyone know anything about the Provigle.

Bev, it sounds to me as though you need medical attention sooner rather than later. I hope you will call your doctor on the exchange to tell him/her about this possible black-out, or visit an urgent care center or ER, right away. Please don't wait.

I was able to find the FDA web page on the medication you mentioned:

http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/drugsatfda/i...n=Search.DrugDetails

That's for AFTER you get some medical attention, OK? Let us know what the doctor says.

Provigil shouldn't cause this. Why didn't you call your doctor yesterday?

I did call dr. I had nuero review both er tests, listed symptoms for he. She said I can wait till the 5th. Then today I called my regular dr. spoke to nurse because dr. not there.I listed symptoms for her. She wanted er names and dates. Then she said If I came in there they will just refer me to a nuero. So this is why I am writing here because everyone so reluctant to answer. I called my dr under the guise I am questioning frova I think thats the only reason I got to speak to the nurse.
I know you all cannot give med advice here. IKNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG. But er dont do nothing I went to 2 best ones here. Other ones are not good and one kill people. My husband refuse to let me go there. Mabey tomorrow he will drive me to the killer hospital and throw me out in front. HA Ha

I know for fact I told second er the one with stroke unit I was losing blocks of time. I think I told first er too. But they just thought I was dehydrated. They are nuts!! Dehydration dont cause all that. I had dehydration and had to have 2 bags IV and none of these symptoms.
You say go but they wont do nothing. Do you know something I do not? I can tell them to ck for? Mabey if I go again and tell them ck they will. It is almost like they think I have altimers or dementia. I know thats not it. Also I have been seeing dr's for years more than 30 probably from Nuero, to witch dr no one has clue. Not thet things cannot be obvious. What do they learn in med school? If the chosen test don't reveal send home to croak, as long as no liability encured? I think so.

Hi Bev,

First, I agree with the others, you need to get medical treatment.

But on another note, I have been reading alot of your recent posts and got an idea. Have you ever thought of video taping yourself? It's just an idea and I don't even know if it would help. I just know that when my one daughter was having strange symptoms, I started taking picture of her rashes and swelling. Then I showed the doctor.

I was just thinking that they have those nanny cams and all sorts of different video taping equiptment. It might show what happens when you lose time or show the doctor what happens when you get confused. Just a thought.

Sending postive cyber-vibes

The one time I thought I was having a stroke, it was indeed due to dehydration, compounded with a migraine that was starting. Dehydration can cause a lot of funky things that will really throw you for a loop, because it throws all kinds of chemical processes off balance. Try not to discount it just because it sounds nuts. It can really be an issue. Been there, done that, and experiencing is believing.
