Hi forum family!

I hope everyone's as well as can be... Yes You're all in my thoughts a lot.

Just wanted to share my realisation that I haven't been visited by the Girt Big Mig Beast for a month now! Isn't life amazing when you're fog-free and painless?

Anyway, have been able to get on with writing and finishing a book because I've been so well. Am just writing to the publisher now - this one is an entirely speculative venture so wish me luck!

love and hugs to all Group Hug

PS - I have very little idea what has given me this Beast Break! Maybe being very still and no hassle as I've been concentrating on writing? That's the only thing I can think of. Perhaps all the external stimuli that we're all subject to everyday kind of builds up and explodes in a mig...? Who knows?

A daily dose of baby aspirin and 60mg Gingko Biloba is all I'm taking at the moment - the amitryptiline wasn't effective so GP and I decided to stop it.
