I drove today for the first time in two weeks! Yahoo! Freedom! My migraine finally broke completely Fingers Crossed yesterday!!

And so today, I drove to the grocery! (Man, were our cabinets empty!)

But, I felt so free! I smiled at everyone! They probably thought I was a freak--being so jolly in a food store! But, I don't care! It was the best thing ever! It felt so good to be out of that bed and walk out of my house and see other people. It was so fun!

Now, I can't wait to decide what to cook from all that food I brought home. Hmmm....

So- what's for dinner?!

Glad the migraine broke and you were able to get out! I know from my own weeks of being cooped up, just going out and driving somewhere and seeing new things is just brilliant and amazing!

Enjoy!

Thanks Deb, Jamie & Nut!

I made T-bone steak rubbed garlic, salt & pepper. And I made corn bread. It was SO delicious. I have never made either of these two the with the tweaks I gave them. So it was fun.

Thanks MJ, Laura, Megs, Tawsha, Dar and Cindy!

Smiler Well, last night I tried a new dinner on DH. Egg souffles (sp?). They were delicious! I usually mess up my first try at cooking anything...and I did, but they were still good and I learned how to fix it for next time. Smiler And for dessert, I put natural yogurt (choice of peach or blueberry) between graham crackers and froze them. They were a delicious treat!

Heart Kelly

P.S. I drove yesterday too! I made a quick trip to the bank and back. Here's to hoping that I can make it to my counseling appt today! I feel a beast coming on.
