Last night I was hot-flashing before I went to bed, and we had a thunderstorm last night also. And my head is still OK!

I feel like I haven't had any successes to share recently, so I wanted to be sure to share this one.

Well, the weather did get me this afternoon. Our office is in the basement, so I didn't realize what the weather was, and wondered what might be triggering my mild migraine--until I went outside!

It's still a success, I think, that my preventives have made these weather-triggered migraines much less severe than they used to be--if they occur at all.
