Both yesterday and today were low pain days for me. I haven't had any migraine pain above a 5/10 since Sunday. This is HUGE for me. The last 2-3 weeks my pain topped out above 5 every day. It's by no means gone, and it's way premature to see anything near the end of the road, but hey, I'll take it!
(I think that part of it is from treating more aggressively with abortives. Even if they only give me 2-3 better days out of the week, that's 2-3 more than I had before. All of the lifestyle changes don't hurt either.) That is good news coming from you. It's absolutely important to treat the migraine with an abortive as quickly as possible. Good job.

What happy news! It'd be even better if you were completely pain-free, but I guess we'll take what we can get, right??? It's great that your abortives are working for you...two or three low pain days are DEFINITELY good! Now let's hope they get your preventative plan in order so you get many, many days without pain!!! jenny |
