Yesterday and today I got on the treadmill (which means I'm not Migraining and my NDPH is at a moderate level! I haven't been on it since January because I've been too dizzy (and Migraines of course). I went 30 minutes yesterday and today!

In addition to that I was able to be much much more active than I have in the last few months! I cleaned (the bathroom and part of the kitchen), I did lots of laundry, I re-potted a plant, I bathed my dog, I put groceries away. It has been a great 2 days! And I'm planning on playing a board game with DH tonight! Smiler

It is SO exciting! DH and I actually ate in the dining room (as opposed to the bed)! I can't remember the last time that happened! Knightley (my dog) isn't sure what to make of it. Smiler

Hurray for increased activity and for today! Blinking

Kelly

Sweet! This is the best news I've heard in ages. Don't overdue all at one time, but enjoy every minute of it.

glad to hear you're doing better! It's always nice to hear when someone's gotten a handle on the headaches and been able to feel more like themselves. Enjoy!

Droolie, Trene, Cindy, Kate, Eileen, Donna & Rachel!

Thank you for celebrating with me. It is so nice to have some better days where I can increase my activity level. On Sunday, I actually drove (one way to breakfast--but still, I drove!)! And yesterday and today I got out and walked around the neighborhood lake. It is *so* nice not to be in bed all the time.

Cindy thanks for the reminder not to over-do it. You know me too well!

Hey Kelly--You started this thread on the 14th so you've had a few good days going' now. I am so excited for you. More celebrating Thumbs Up Yes Birthday Cake Cindy is right don't get to wild and crazy, but do enjoy these good days. Heres to many, many more. Keep up all the great work. You didn't get this far by just sitting and waiting it out. You got up and worked at it when you didn't feel like it. You deserve to feel GGGRRREEEAAATTT! As Tony the Tiger would say Blinking

Thanks Trene and Hanako!

The good streak continues. This is the first week in...I don't even remember how long that I have not taken one abortive or rescue medication...because I didn't need it! No having to endure injections or side effects or Migraine or elevated NDPH! Just being able to be more active. I still have a daily headache, but I'm dealing fine. I'm just working on increasing my stamina! Happy dance! (Do I get stamina credits for that? Wink)
