Migraine

So even though my ticker below (assuming it is working) now is back down to only 3 days since my last migraine, the month of December was actually a great month.

I went 24 days without a migraine, despite crazy weather changes, two flights, some very long days and nights at work, and the craziness of the holidays. I'm not entirely sure, but that might be my best run since I was diagnosed. I'm sure it's my best run surrounding travel. If not for catching a nasty virus a few days ago, I think I would have made it through the entire month, and perhaps would still be going strong, since my regime seems to be working and coping methods seem to be helping more than ever. So while I didn't exactly bring 2009 in with fun, I'm starting with hope. I think it's going to be better.
