After a terrible January - between a nasty virus at the beginning, a sinus infection in the middle, and a dear friend passing away at the end, and a great increase in my migraines thanks to all of the above - I have had a wonderful 2.5 weeks migraine free! It's been amazing.

I started taking some low-dose supplements as I recovered from January illnesses, and *finally* went to a massage therapist to deal with my chronically painful shoulders and neck (yay, genetics). Both seem to be helping a great deal, combined with my regular preventive. I haven't had to take a Maxalt in 3 weeks, and haven't taken anything other than sinus medicine since then, either!

I had almost forgotten what it felt like to be able to work every day. Between teaching and my doctoral studies, right now life is completely crazy, and I'm working 7 days a week, but I feel good! Big Grin

Thanks for letting me celebrate!!
