Okay I've told you about my quack "migraine" doctor. Well, my family doctor did a diabetic test. Low and behold I have diabetes. He prescribed metformin and said my migraines "might" be better
 I thought to myself there is no way diabetes and migraines work together. This was going to be another hoax. So I didn't hold out much hope. I'll be a son of a gun it worked. For two months I have been migraine free. I don't even get the weather related headaches!!!!!!!! I'm hoping that the migraines aren't going to so bad now, but only time will tell! Moral: GET CHECKED FOR DIABETES!!! |

Will wonders never cease!!
We do know there is a connection that significant swings in blood glucose levels can be a Migraine trigger for some people. So, if we reduce one Migraine trigger, the number of Migraines may be reduced!! Please keep us posted. |
