Migraine

Which turned out to be temporary.

I kept my grandson (who lives out of state) for the summer. One month to be exact.
I did not have not one migraine the whole time he was with me!
Now mind you, the summer months are always hell on my migrianes.

With my GS, I was at the pool every day for hours in the water w/o a hat or sunglasses. Of course I looked like a prune!!!!
Clorine also a migraine cure?

Took him to the playground & other outside activities in the blazing sun & humidy. Of course I had on a cap & sunglasses.
Drank plenty of juice, sodas & ate plenty of junk trigger foods.
No migraines. Not even a headache.
Then it dawned on me! My GS is the cure to my migraines!!!

Is there a grandparent underground network ? Ok, that's not going to work. Parents will put out a hit & have MY picture plasterd all over FOX News & the milk cartons.
When found, my son-in-law will kill me again to make sure the "hit" took.

I know, will move in w/his parents! OMG!!! Where are my smelling salts? What was I thinking?!?! FORGETABOUTIT!

Now that he has returned home, my Migraine Parties are slowly creeping back full force!!!!!

I mentioned the above to my Neuroligist & you know what she said: "Well Pookie now that you are nearing 60, the migraines may be winding down." I'm 57.
Nope! I told her. My grandson is now the new preventive med for migraines. Notify the AMA or whatever it's called & just make sure you give me credit when the story of this new cure breaks out on FOX News, CNN, MSNBC 20/20 & of course Dateline when they are done w/their pedophile series.
Neurologist started scribbling on the Rx pad for me to start on Blocadren ASAP! She couldn't wait to get me out of her office.

So the moral of my story is........................
If there are any grandparents on this board, gather your grands & just enjoy the migraine free moments!
