I woke up to my first pain-free morning in a month! I even feel like I can eat something
 I'm going to try to avoid taking the valium today and maybe try to sleep some more. I just feel so good that I couldn't contain myself and had to share! No vertigo, no nausea...just me! J. |

I'm so glad!! I know what it's like to feel like just "me." I've been trying to figure out what normal is again lately.
LauraSue. (I'm 55, have had severe migraines for over 4 years due to menopause, plus I have fibromyalgia. I take Imitrex plus Anaprox as an abortive and am working with my migraine specialist to find a preventive. I keep a detailed migraine diary and have made significant lifestyle changes to reduce my risk of migraines.) |
