I believe in celebrating even the smallest victories. Last week I was having a migraine every day. No migraine today so since last Thursday I've only been getting them every other day!! Woo-hoo! That's a 50% decrease!!

It seems Dr. Green's approach of Frova twice a day as a short-term preventive to buy time til my hormones settle down might be working!

Hooray! Yes, when you've been having migraines every day, every other day has got to feel like a major improvement. Now, we're hoping for the next step.

That sounds lovely! So many people seem to have such a good experience with Frova. If I could take something different right now I'd request it to try it myself as an abortive around that time of the month. Alas, I must wait a year...

I hope things work out even keel for you!

The generally long periods of time between my Migraines are the result of working with a Migraine specialist to refine my preventive regimen. You can see my current regimen HERE.

Thanks, LauraM! I'm still doing every other day! Had one yesterday, didn't have one today. I did my total bed rest, dark room thing. I hardly ever get a migraine when I do that. But tomorrow I have to go out, which increases the chances. So we'll see.

Thanks for asking,
LauraSue
