Yes, I am. I am celebrating because (with an hour to go to bed-time) my 3-day migraine DID NOT come back today!!!

I was getting worried because even though I stayed in bed in the dark, it came back yesterday. I was reading a book for a while and the light might have been too glare-y. Normally I just do fun, peaceful things on the laptop like solitaire. So that's what I did today and didn't read my book, and it worked. Live and learn.

I'm so happy!!!

I keep a detailed migraine diary and have made significant lifestyle changes to reduce my risk of migraines.)

I'm glad you figured out what was at the root of the migraines return.

Take care.

Only got one day off. The beastie is back today. It is what it is. I have "taken to my bed" like a lady in an old English novel. They've been coming every one or two days now for 4 months. Ick.

LauraSue, I was reading somewhere recently about the outmoded "rest cure" they used to prescribe for women migraine sufferers, and how it's no longer used. I smiled to myself and thought of you, and how successful your rest cure is for nipping your migraines. Smiler

Hope you start feeling better soon.
