Hi

I finally have some good news to report. Andrew has had a HUGE improvement since starting the neurontin. Thumbs Up

He has been taking it for just over 3 weeks. He is only taking 900mg/day. We have not noticed any side effects.

The almost constant headaches/migraines are gone. He has still had a few migraines, but the pain level is much lower than what he was having.

We did find a trigger, the weather. During a recent thunderstorm, he had a painful migraine. It's the only one since he started the neurontin. Yes

He has not gone into school late or missed a single day since he started the meds. He has been able to participate in normal activities again. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm thrilled and relieved. I hope it continues. Fingers Crossed

Thanks to everyone here for all of your information, advice and support. I don't think I could have gotten through this without all of you. Heart

Jean Ann

I'm so glad to hear Andrew is doing better. Sounds like he's been able to reclaim a somewhat "normal life."

Weather changes trigger me, too. With my doctor's approval, I watch the weather and try to take Frova about 12 hours before a storm front comes through. I think it helps about 50% of the time.

Great news about Andrew!
