Migraine

sooo... i had been keeping a headache diary of my headaches and out of 31 days, like 15 of them had been headache filled and I got kind down...

but right now I am on the greatest streak ever... In the last week in a half I've had only one migraine, and i was able to sleep it off. i have had some really bad short headaches that i wouldn't put in the migraine category and nothing i haven't been able to take care of. i've stared to run everyday again, over 2 miles! i feel great!

I have even finally learned how to get around my whole speech issue so my profs don't realize it. things couldn't be better. i'm even turning 21 in 11 days . Its like smooth sailing from here until the end of the semester. i'm totally psyched!!!

Awesome! A week and a half is a great milestone! I've gotten there a couple of times in a row, and I felt so different than when I was having near-daily migraines! All that energy is wonderful!

Congrats on the running! I'm not able to run much 'cause of a bad knee (soccer injury), but I do miss the endorphins from a quick jog!

Getting around a speech issue is a big deal. IMO, it's hard to concentrate long enough to consistently do it, and I'm certainly not there- especially when the Migraine Monster strikes!


You deserve lots of serotonin- frosted, non caloric cake, and loads of congrats! I hope the streak keeps going!

Hanging in there pays off. Isn't it amazing how big that rush from even a relatively short stretch of good days can be? I am absolutely thrilled for you, dearie! I hope it continues on the upswing and then gets stuck at the top.
