So far, I've gone 10 days without a migraine. This is the second time in a while that I've gone this long. I think my preventatives are actually working. My daily regiment is 10 mg of Namenda and 50 mg of Topamax in the morning and 10 mg of Namenda and 200 mg of Topamax in the evening. I'm working my way up to 100 mg of Topamax in the morning.

I was worried that this past weekend I would have a migraine because I was going to be off my normal sleep schedule because of a trip. But, I didn't. I'm still waiting to see how things will be around my period. That will be happening in about a week. Fingers Crossed

I just wanted to share my little success story. It's nice to have some good news for a change. Thumbs Up

I saw this good news in The Tea Room, but thanks for posting it here so I got to read it again! I wouldn't call 10 days pain-free a "little" success. I'd call it HUGE!!!

Keep it up. You're obviously doing the right things.

Yeah, I know I posted this in the Tea Room but I figured I would post it here in case others didn't read the posts there. I'm hoping for more days.

Laura, you made me laugh with your happy dance.

Well, my migraine-free success has come to an end. Oh well, it was great while it lasted. I was able to spend some time with friends this past weekend doing things I haven't done in a long while.

I have a migraine today. It's not too bad. I'm pretty sure it's because of my menstrual cycle. Let's here it for 15 days, though!
