This morning I went to update my migraine diary. I was surprised that is was updated and the 9 days I thought I'd gone without a migraine was actually 18 days!
  I was shocked, pleasantly shocked, and now very happy. One of the things that made me go and look was putting my Frova in the bottle I keep it in for my purse. I had alot of them. Obviously I hadn't used them. This is my longest stretch with no migraines in about 4 months. So I am thrilled. I find if I avoid my obvious triggers (wine, mushrooms and glary light) and dont' forget to take my preventatives, I do really really well. Just want to share. Cindy Cindy  |
