Hi, haven't posted in a few for the best possible reason -- I was busy having a life!!!
I made it three days between migraines again. I'm still not back to my previous level of five days average between but much improved from seven consecutive days after the estrogen/progesterone fiasco. Keep on keeping on everybody! Hugs to all. LauraSue. (I'm 55, have had severe migraines for over 4 years due to menopause, plus I have fibromyalgia. I take Imitrex plus Anaprox as an abortive and am working with my migraine specialist to find a preventive. I keep a detailed migraine diary and have made significant lifestyle changes to reduce my risk of migraines.) |
