Migraine

I hope it's not too soon to get my hopes up, but I went for 5 days last week with no migraine! Usually I am stringing them along, with a day break between, but there's been a conspicuous absence of fuzzy feelings and confusion, not to mention an absence of pain. The last cycle of pain I went through was worse than ever--I had 3 or 4 days of a 7-8 level migraine and it suddenly broke to that 5 day calm...

I had a migraine over Saturday that was a whopper, but the past two days have again been so calm. I can only hope that the beta blocker kicked in to do its job finally.

That's awesome! Sounds like the beta blocker may be starting to work. I know what you mean about not getting your hopes up, though. I'm very happy to have several days to a week without pain, but I'm not throwing the big party til I pass the 2-week mark, since that's my record since this whole headache thing started.
