Migraine

Yesterday, for the first time in over a year now I didn't have to do anything for head pain. I kept waiting for the very minor pain to escalate, as it always does, but something would come up and I'd get distracted and the next thing I knew, it was bedtime and I hadn't had to do so much as take a 10-minute calm-down session for pain. I half expected to be woken up in the night with a violent Migraine (it has happened before) but that didn't happen, either.

Things are back to "usual" today, and yesterday already seems dream-like in a sense, but it really did happen. I don't know what it was that made me able to experience such a relatively painless day, but I'm incredibly grateful!

I often feel like it will never, ever end, or get better, so this was a real Godsend. I know I'm not alone in those feelings, so I wanted to share my delight.
