How's that for alliteration?

Here I am again, at a full seven days since my last migraine. As the turtle on my ticker reminds me, slow and steady wins the race.

I see my neurologist on Monday. I'm very pleased with the progress I've already made on my Inderal, and I want to talk with her about ways to decrease my frequency even more.

That's great news! And just look at how intent that turtle looks on getting to the knot at the other end of the rope!

The generally long periods of time between my Migraines are the result of working with a Migraine specialist to refine my preventive regimen. You can see my current regimen HERE.

Thanks, everyone. As you can see, my ticker has now reset. That doesn't change the fact that I feel my current regimen has largely given me my life back.
