Right now I am in the grips of the beast and he has implanted his icepick in my eye and I fel like I'm afloat on a very rocky boat. HOWEVER, by writing this I'm reminding myself that I have had a really good two weeks with manageable pain and that this too will pass!

I choosing not to aggrandize and catastrophize and assume the worse.

I can have a full life even with migraines, so it's getting me down right now - if I don't focus on that and focus on my success thus far and on what I'm grateful for, I think I can make!

Please send all the prayers and positive thoughts you have Memphis way!! I'm hanging on by the end of the rope BUT I am hanging on and intend to enjoy the ride on this darn rope swing!! Big Grin

Cyn,

I admire your attitude. When my migraines were at there worst, sometimes I felt like I could take a minute or a breath at a time. But you will get through it and you ARE seeing improvement. Hang in there girlfriend. You are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

What a wonderful way to look at it! I really admire that. I know that I can get very downhearted with my pain, but a reminder like that is so uplifting. If we look at it positively, it wont be all bad! Good luck on your journey dear!

Cyn,
So glad you can have such a positive attitude. I know it's hard but I have a lot of respect for you to be able to maintain some level of optimism. Keep it up!
