I'm so excited about this, I just had to share it with all of you.
My team lead (my boss's boss) met with me today to tell me that he's recommended me for a promotion and significant raise!! Now, I know this isn't *directly* about my head, but the fact that I was able to achieve this despite my daily head pain just makes it that much more exciting!! And, once I finally find a good treatment regimen and can get back to my more productive stage, it will be even better. My team lead will make the official announcement at our office staff meeting on Friday morning.   So glad you posted that. It doesnt matter that it isnt "head" related! It just keeps the rest of us knowing that despite our migraines, great things can and WILL be accomplished!  |
