I reported a site yesterday because it said on the site that their product had no side effects. When I started researching the botanical ingredients in it, I found potential side effects that included worsening of asthma, heart issues, miscarriage, and more.
Sometimes, we get so desperate that we'll try most anything. When these blasted web sites promote products as "natural," implying that "natural" means safe, or when they flat out say "no side effects," I think that's potentially harmful. Just my view.
