Visiting a doctor for Migraines and headaches is never easy, especially a new doctor. We all know that, and we sometimes dread the experience. I am often asked what should be taken to the first visit with a new doctor and what questions we should ask at that first visit.

This Guide is meant to help make those first visits and follow-up visits easier. Let's make appointments something we look forward to as a tool for better headache and Migraine management.

Thanks, Eileen, and you're welcome! I appreciate your posting the diary link. Wink I'm doing some work on our diary resources to make them better.

Teri -- thanks for posting this. I've read your book once, but I'm seeing a specialist next month (yay!), and I realize that it's time for another read. I'll read it while I'm on the exercise bike -- a good reason to exercise!
