How many times have we said, "I wish everyone could have just one Migraine so they'd know what it's like and start to understand?"

I know I've said it myself, and I've heard it from so many Migraineurs who are desperate for family, friends, or coworkers to just understand what a Migraine does to us. Words are inadequate to explain the pain, nausea, extreme light sensitivity, and other symptoms of a Migraine attack. Even the most understanding and sensitive people simply don't know what a Migraine is like.

What a GREAT website. I wish they did things like this for every disabling condition! For example, NO ONE really seems to understand my narcolepsy issues. Everyone makes jokes about how tired they are too. Or, they expect me to fall asleep while I'm talking to them. I'm going to send this website link on to some of the narcolepsy organizations too. Food for thought.

Anyhow, thanks!

CountingSheep,

You're very welcome. I agree that it's a good site. Parts of it are a bit sparse, but they should be adding to it. Right now, there's only one recipe. IMO, the videos may well be the best part.

I hope so, Nancy. I think the videos really do pretty well, even on a computer screen.

Those videos rock! The Christina video hit the closest to home with me, because of the highlighted sound sensitivities. It was so spot on with my own experience that I could swear the people that made the clips had been in MY head. What a great resource!

Too bad Dr. Scalpel the Narrow-minded Twit wouldn't get anything out of seeing this. Roll Eyes
