Thanks for searching, don't know if I am allowed to attach web address, but here is one that I found useful. There are many.
http://www.cryomed.co.uk/pain.html In any event, it won't take long as I return to the pain clinic tomorrow to discuss either the cryoblock or redoing the pain block with propophol and O2. I am leaning towards redoing the normal pain block and seeing if it further reduces the frequency of the left sided migraines and thus the reliance of imitrex...and then go for the longer term cryoblock if it seems like a reasonable thing to do. In theory, they are supposed to accomplish the same thing, one being shorter acting than the other. We shall see. Thanks for looking into it though. |
