As some of y'all know, I can't have ice cream... (trigger food)
BUT- I found that I can have TCBY yogurt in limited quantities. Unfortunately, as my lips are tingling and my head is starting to mush like the slushy yogurt I had, I think I forgot about the "limited" I got a crushin- thing... with oreos. and it was good. Good that you knocked that little bugger right out Jamie! I can't wait till I know enough about my triggers to know what the dilly is that quick. I just figured out today that YES I do get migraine with aura! I'm telling you - learning so much here and I'm reading Teri's book which has totally opened my eyes! I can't wait to go back to my Neuro now - God help her with the book of questions I'm bringin.
Anyway - MIGRAINE BE GONE! I hope that yogurt was awesome - you deserve it girlie!  Eileen  |
