Light Bulb Hey, gang!

Thought I'd introduce this new folder. I think it could be a great help for all of us, both with our Migraines and with other health issues.

Getting into good, healthy habits or breaking bad ones isn't easy. I'm really bad at both! But, I think we can support each other with both tasks.

I'm going to really need your help, so I'll be posting to this folder soon to ask your support.

The generally long periods of time between my Migraines are the result of working with a Migraine specialist to refine my preventive regimen. You can see my current regimen HERE.

I'm definitely in favor of this folder! In fact- I'll start a new thread right now. Partially to make myself have it written down somewhere where others can call me on it, and partially 'cause it's more likely to happen if I know people are expecting me to do something!
