I've written before that I've been doing juicing every day.I went out and got a jack lalane juicer over a yr ago. I had been using a cheaper juicer for about a yr to make sure I'd do it.I had worn bifocals,noticed my vision was different.Went to eye exam,they said to throw my bifocals away & get reading glasses.The only thing different was the juice. I was doing carrot juice,now I ad a lemon,apple,and orange.I have a book on juicing and will be going thru it for more variety. Since breaking my ankle,I take the chewable carmel generic brand of viactive for calcium. Next I'm working on getting more veg. daily.I bought a steamer awhile ago for $20.00.It steams your veg just right so you don't lose the vitamins.
Go for it, Marge! I love fruit juices, but need to stay away from them because they have so much natural sugar in them. I can eat a piece of fruit or drink about 1/4 cup of juice. I do need to be eating more fruit, but have gotten to the point of having it once a day anyway.

Now that summer is right around the corner, Juicing sounds like a great idea and I forgot that I have a juicer. What a great idea. Especially with the hot days when it get's above 85. or even if it doesn't. I like to do things wether together or not: Apple, and carrots are my favorite!
