Maybe some green (or red) pepper strips? Perhaps a trip to the grocery store and browsing the veggie department would help you think of other things to dip? For me, sometimes the visual is a much better help than thinking about things in the abstract... |

Hmmm... I suppose any dippable veggie is fair game. I am now sitting here wondering how sugar snap peas and peanut butter would taste. Might have to try that later.  Dragondrool Forum Moderator ~~8=:>>>> |

That's scary, Droolie... I was thinking about sugar snap peas when answering the original post- then decided on giving the pepper example instead. If you DO try the sugar snap peas, let me know if it's worth a try? Hope you're having a good one, Jamie |

Well, just for you, I shall go try it this very minute. Be right back... Okay. Well. It's not too bad. It's more similar to celery and PB than carrots and PB, only it has a sharper taste than the celery does. With carrots, the sweetness of the carrot comes through. With the snap peas, the sharper taste comes through, without sweetness. I'd eat snap peas with PB again, but if I had a choice between the peas or the carrots, the carrots would win every time.
