I'm new to the forum, but I've been experiencing migraines for about three years now. I'm relatively new to medications and to anti-migraine techniques, although I have tried many things. I was recently depressed because of the effect the medication was having on my outlook on daily life and am now on a preventative medication. I wanted to talk to others who know what I'm going through.
