hi i am new here. my name is chrissy. i have suffered from migraines since childhood. looking for information on medications and how to find what triggers migraines. thank you for any help or advice you may have.

Welcome to the forum! Triggers are different for everyone. You can see our Triggers folder for some more info. Keeping a headache diary may help you narrow down what triggers you, if it's a food, noise, smells..... Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with! Welcome again!
