Hello,
I was searching the Internet looking for a migraine specialist in the place where I live. I found this site and thought it would be nice to talk with others who know what I have been dealing with since October 2000. I have tried all kinds of preventive medications, but nothing worked yet. So I thought I would sign up to say Hello and start reading and talking with others in the discussion forums.  |

You'll find an unbelievable amount of wonderful, helpful information about migraines on this site. That's especially important because, as a migraineur, the best thing you can do for yourself is be very educated about your disease. If you don't already have it, I would recommend you obtain a copy of Living Well with Migraine Disease and Headaches by Teri Robert. It's on sale right now online, and IMHO is the best book available out there (I own almost all of the others too). We'll be looking forward to your posting around the site. Tracie  |
