I need to find the best adult diaper to wear to bed at night. Please advise which is best from your experience. I have tried some pull up style, but I have experienced leaking. Thank you
I have found an adult diaper that will not leak at all throughout the night. I use it and am a very heavy wetter. I pay about $57.00 for a case of 36 diapers and that includes the cost of postage. Go to the website for XPMedical. They are located in Ventura, Ca. The only problem you might have with the diaper is occasionally one of the tape taps may come loose, but it is a rare occurance. I also wear the Leakmaster Plus vinyl (plastic) pants with these diapers for added protection. They are very large, so go with the smallest size you might wear (Measure over your thickest diaper). These can be order through "Adult Cloth Diaper" and cost approximately $15.00.

If you are a heavy wetter then I'm afraid the best diapers are pretty pricey. I have found that my Attends briefs will hold up during the day and most nights fine, if there is a heavy wetting they tend to leak. I have had the best luck with Molicares or Abri-Form X Plus (the latter being the thickest and most expensive diaper out there). I have never tried cloth myself, so I can't dispute Joe Marty's claims, but XP Medical is one of the best sites I've come across and they have plenty of info on each of their products.
