Erectile Dysfunction

I'm a 24 year old woman married to a man with ED. He has had it our entire relationship and all I want to do is fix it. He takes medication but I don't want him to have to take a pill to have sex with me. He said it had never happened to him before me and I think it originally happened because he was intimidated by me. He got me pregnant and so we got married. I am feeling hopeless, lonely, and trapped. I want to help him but I dont know how. He is not very good at communicating with me and I feel like he dosn't care but I know he does. How do I get him to open up and what can I do to help him get over this? I tried not saying anything when it would happen then I tried saying something, I tried taking him to a therapist and I had him talk to his dr., I have recently ordered a book that I hope helps and I'm in the process of finding a sex therapist but is there something I can do to boost his ego, make him feel like hes THE MAN? Anyone with any suggestions PLEASE HELP ME!!!

you didn't say how he went at the dr, I hope they did some tests because it could be medical.If it is medical there is nothing wrong with having to take a pill, you might need to warm yourself up to the idea. If his mind loves you and desires you,does it really matter if his parts need a little extra help to work. I'm sure that he would prefer not to take a pill too, I think as a man it feels degrading.
Try to reasure him of your love, and let him know that you would like sex in your relaionship because you love him so much. I think him saying that its never happened before you, is been indenial of whats happening, he may well feel less of a man because of it,and not want to deal with it. I hope you know its not your fault, even if he indicates that it is.

Thank you very much for your input and reassurance. He did go to the doctor and had blood taken and all sorts of tests and everything came back normal. I have recently been trying to say nothing regarding the issue and just concentrating on him. I don't worry wether we have sex or not, though I wish we had it everyday. I try to pleasure him in other ways and I hope through doing this his self esteem will go back up again and he won't feel the pressure to "perform." When I do please him other ways it seems easier for him to keep his erection which makes me think its performance anxiety. I wish he would go out of his way to please me too though, even without sex, you know?

Well another option is injections if you want 100% results.
