As of this year my health insurance plan will
pay up to 90 percent for penile implant
surgery to correct ED.
I have seen from various forums that the implant pump will provide a stiff erection
but you may still have a problem with
ejaculating.I saw a man that has the implant
say he is going to use viagra to solve the
ejaculation problem.Does this sound reasonable?DONK

Ok this is a good treatment to solve your ED problem but before you can do another things, i have been with doctors, a lot of bla bla, excuse me MD but you just waisted my time. Penis implants are a good solution,i think but maybe you should try other treatments, natural solutions, sometimes the most simply its the best, you dont have nothing to lose, well its my point of view, i tried and work for me, i hope it works for you too. http://www.come2shop.info/Cure-a-erectile-dysfunction.htm

I recieved my implant in December, had it for almost a year now.
Not able to use it well when I started out. Takes some time and a partner who is willing to help you learn. You have to learn to use it and it takes some time.
Slightly shorter when it was put in, but if you pump it up to max about every three days, it will start increasing in size. You have pleanty of fluid inside to pump it to a big, hard, solid erection. I pump it up and leave it up overnight sometimes. My size now is larger than my original size.

I don't seem to get maximum length when I first pump it. I pump it when I am suspecting that I may have sex, then pump it a few more times while making love and when she isn't watching, then when I'm ready to put it in I will give it about three more pumps. Each time WILL make it better, but it won't reach that size all at once.

If you're thinking about Viagra, it will only give you a bad headache now. Viagra helps you get an erection before the implant, but it does nothing for ejaculation.

My implant is extremely successful. I am so proud of it, I'd like to answer questions if anyone wants to ask a question of a non-medical person who has the implant.

Hi there

i was wondering if you had any problems with pain after receiving your implant. i'm not talking about surgical pain but pain when you use the pump to have an erection. i have mine now for over a year and am in considerable pain when i use it. you say that you sometimes leave it pumped up all night but i find that as soon as i have it erect it starts to cause discomfort and the idea of leaving it up all night is unthinkable. any thoughts? thanks martin

Erectile Dysfunction (inability to sustain erection) is a very common disorder which most men face in there life at some stage for one reason or the other like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, fatigue, stress, physical injuries, certain medication, smoking and alcohol consumption. The exact reason behind your problem can only be judged by a specialist and only then one should use the medicines prescribed. You can have the information on ED and ED related drugs (Viagra, Levitra and Cialis) on http://www.viagracare.com

I don't know why. I havent had the problems others have had, even from the beginning. The more I pump it up, the bigger it seems to grow over time. I guess I stretch the skin and body part as I pump it up.
I wish everyone had the success I've had. It might be the device used, but I'm not sure. I guess it would take some research and follow up to find out what works and what causes the pain, and I've never heard of any follow up or research after the implant.

I have used the implant on a dry run, prior to rejoining my partner next week, so I'll report then on the results, including problems and outcomes.
Having had the surgery in mid-October, it took me about a month to recuperate and feel normal again. However, I understand from my urologist that the firmness my penis now has will be with me forever. Therefore, instead of a limp penis pointing down, it seems to settle at a 30 degree angle. This cause discomfort both in moving around and more important, the glans rubs against my jockey shorts. I have experiemtned with various pieces of foam, wrapped around the penis and held by rubber bands, but I'm not satisfied. Does anyone know of a thin foam sleeve I can buy to slip on and off, with a minimum of awkwardness and clumsiness?

Mine was 6" before and shrunk to about an inch when limp. Now it's like you say, 30 degree and firm soft when it's down. Got it to 6" hard at the start, but can now get it up to about 7" hard. It hangs to the right a little more naturally and isn't noticed or show when I hang it down the right side.
I don't think a sleeve would help, but I'd try some looser clothing.
I've said before, not much research around or information. I wish more could be done. I don't know if my success is the doctor that does them here, or the brand of implant that is used, maybe both.
I hope your partner is willing to learn with you. Start out laying on your back and letting her use it like a dildo if possible. I had a terrible time missionary position at the beginning.
Another favorite position for sex is spooning with me behind her.
I pump it three separate times before sex. Once when I think I will be having sex, once when she is in the bathroom (all women seem to do that), and once when we are starting. eight to twelve pumps each time seems to do well.

Thanks for your useful information. The second time I made more squeezes and they were enough for penetration. I didn't use the spoon position yet, but I will.
I made a sleeve out of foam and a velcro fastener, but the firmness varies. Sometimes I can feel it more limp than others. Wish there was some way to reduece the angle from 30 degrees.,..

Exactly Baraka! The more you play and learn, the bigger and better it will get. Sounds like you are really getting where you wanted to be when you had it put in.
The sleeve you mention, I think will help for awhile, but I think you will give it up after awhile and won't need it. Just give it a little more time.

Mine is the AMS 700 Ultra. I would like to see more names of brands and how they are working. I don't even know how many companies produce the implants. I have a three piece implant.

I HAD PENILE IMPLANT SURGERY ABOUT 7 WEEKS AGO AND I AM EXPERIENCING A LOT OF PAIN WHEN I PUMP UP MY PENIS EVEN AFTER ONLY 1 OR 2 SLOW PUMPS. THE PAIN IS SO BAD THERE IS NO WAY I COULD HAVE SEX! I TOOK A PAIN PILL AND A 500 MILLIGRAM ASPIRIN. IT DID NOT EVEN HELP THE PAIN!!! I FINALLY TOLD MY GIRLFRIEND SORRY, BUT I HAD TO LET MY PENIS BACK DOWN. SEVERAL HOURS LATER AND AFTER A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP THE PAIN FINALLY WENT AWAY.

I THOUGHT I SHOULD TRY TO "EXERCISE" MY PENIS SOME JUST TO GET THE MUSCLES BACK IN SHAPE, BUT THE PAIN IS UNBEARABLE. ANY SUGGESTONS!!!!

I remember waking up with a scrotum that looked like a purple basketball. I remember extreme pain for a couple months with lots of Vicodin. I thought something had really gone wrong.

Just relax, don't pump it up for a couple more weeks. Give it time for healing until the pain is gone, I was eager too. The wait will be worth it. As much pain as I went through to get it, I'd go through it again for what I have now.

I should be calling the doctor for my one year follow up now, but I don't know why now. He said to come in for a one year follow-up, so I will.
