I am only 26 years old and think I may suddenly have erectile dysfunction. I normally wake up in the morning with an erection and have an erection every night. However, I have not had an erection in two days and have tried several times to become aroused. I had sex with a woman a couple of night ago and suspect this may be the cause. Is it possible to suffer a slight penis injury which will lead to instant ED, or is there an STD which results in instant ED?
