My workout is pretty intense for being a 20 - 25 min cycle, and I spike it. The last time I did The workout, I was on level twenty for the last ten minutes of the workout and then finished with the low level. I burned 1000 calories. When I went home My stomach was bothering me. Do you work stomach muscles as well.

Dan,

Here's an interval session I do on the treadmill:
Warm-up for 3-4 minutes at a fast walk or light jog

Interval 1 - run at 8.0 mi/hr for 1 minute

Interval 2 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes

Interval 3 - run at 10.0 mi/hr for 1 minute

Interval 4 - walk at 4.0 mi/hr for 1.5 minutes
Repeat those 4 intervals 4 times for a very intense 20-minute workout.

I got it from http://www.crazysexyabs.com - alot of great stuff at that website.
