Any advice would be helpful. I've been working out and dieting for a few months now, but I seem to be at a standstill for weight loss. I don't understand why. I workout 3-5 days a week. Help!!! I'm only 7lbs away from my goal.
Take a good look at what exercises you're doing? Are you doing weight training (doesn't have to be body-building style!) and cardio? Also, alot of people do very inefficient cardio routines and never change it up, hence they hit that wall eventually.
