I just now started too work out and I'm going with pull ups, chin ups, sit ups, push ups.

Now as for the chin ups and pull ups I feel a slight pinch in the elbows is this normal for some one new too working out too feel?

My weight is 202 lost 60 pounds from my job and now I have allot of energy so I started working out.

For my beginning stage I'm doing:

Pull ups - 10

Chin ups - 10

Push ups - 10

Sit ups - 20

Crunches - 40

So far i've been doing this set for 3 weeks getting close too 4 weeks. Oh and I haven't worked out since I was in Jr. High lol.
