Recommend a doctor and/or hospital in the Midwest.

Even though I don't think that Utah is in the Midwest, Utah's University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, which is Salt Lake City, is considered one of the best hospitals and clinics. They have a Diabetes Center with some of the best endocrinologists there. They are currently helping me get my diabetes back under control.
