I have read some discussion here about morning depression and I can really relate with those who say they wake up overwhelmed with sadness and want to die. That's me. But it also gets better as the day goes on, and by evening I feel normal. Since it isn't constant, I don't want to go on medication again. Does anyone have any natural remedies or practical help for dealing with the morning depression? Please don't tell me I'm just not a morning person because, in fact, I AM (used to be) a morning person. Thanks.
