I've been taking zoloft for about a year now and it seems to work for a little white and then stop working. My docter has to increase my dosage every few months or so. Will I constantly have to increase my dosage from time to time or at some poing will the dosage be right. Is it normal to get worse after increasing dosage and if so how long can it last?

My daughter started zoloft two months ago and every time we increase the dose she feels worse. 50 mg. seemed better than the 150 she is on now. We are in the process of weaning down but doc says he has never seen this happen in terms of worsening symptoms. Anybody with this experience would be so helpful. She is fourteen so that is another consideration. My son is on Prozac and never had this same direction only got better.
