I don't know if anyone experiences this at all, but I feel some depression once I have gotten out of bed. I don't have trouble getting out of bed at all; I'm actually a morning person, but at one point or another during the morning I get depressed and cry most of the time. I tend to think about things that really bother me or have affected me in the past. For some reason in the morning is when all this gets to me. Later on in the day these things don't really bother me as much. I have wondered about myself wether I am an individual with some amount of depression, but I am still not quite sure. I think there must be some chemical imbalance in my brain during the morning time. Has anyone experiece this?? Any suggestions?

i hate the mornings also. feeling that the day ahead is so long makes me depressed. i would rather wake up late and sleep late .i think u should seek treatment if it is that severe since u cry . antidepression medication is a miracle. good luck
