hi i started taking wellbutrin xl 300mg daily in february of 2007. i received the generic name bupropion hcl xl form teva pharmacy labs. then i went for a refill and was given the generic but it was from watson pharmacy labs. i started the second generic drug on 081007 and had to call my doctor because i was has night mares, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and tremor. she switched me back to the generic from teva. has anyone else had this problem when switching to one generic to another?
Hi Rosemary, i myself havent experienced your situation, but my mom has, she was on generic form of lexapro, and they switched her generics around, and she had the same problems as you. They just switched her back to her first generic that they originally put her on and she was fine. Do you know anything about celexa? I just started takin it 2 fridays ago, 10 mg, and its my first time takn an antidepressant, and im just a lil scared. any info would b helpful, thanks. take care, i hope all gos well with your wellbutrin!
Hello Sweets, No I do not know that much about celexa, but I am sure this is a ton of info on the web. I did get switched back to my generic wellbutrin xl and believe that i will be feeling better. How old are you? You look very young in your picture and antidepressants are ordered cautiously in the young. Hope all goes woll with you to. Rosemary

For Sweets: Some facts about Celexa - potent anxiolytic - works well on the combination of depression with anxiety - less withdrawal symptoms than with other SSRIs - lower risk of activating side effects (e.g. insomnia, anxiety) and sexual side effects than with some other antidepressants - higher risk of weight gain than with SSRIs, and may cause carbohydrate craving
