I just joing Blue Cross Freedom Blue PPO plan in California. No mental helth professonal in my area on their netword but they claim Icn seem anybody out of network. Any experience withthis situation? How to pick a good Psychologist andPsychiatrist in Solano county?
I can speak for Sacramento County, California, and I'm sorry to say I have yet to find a good therapist, doctor, or other professional help for my bipolar depression. Definitely do not try Sierra Vista hospital ~ it's a joke. Maybe go through a good church for a therapist recommendation, or ask your general practicioner for a list of people who take your insurance. It's kind of a hit-and-miss game, unfortunately.
