Depression

Hi folks. I'm new to this site, but not to depression. I've had it for a while, but it's been about 9 years since I've been "officially" diagnosed. It had sort of gotten a bit worse since the death of a sister a little more than 3 1/2 years ago. I'm now on 300 mg of medication.

hey im here to talk if ud like. i know how depression sucks u cant enjoy much. im sorry to hear about your sister but the way you have to convince yourself would she want you to feel this way for soo long. i see it made it worse but shes in a better place and watching over you. she deosnt want you to be so down. *HUG* just know im feeling depressed over a break up just triggered it but you know its hard people say and tell u just move on but you know what theres more to it. but anyways i hope some way something can hel u recover a little bit at a time.
