***RECEIVED A PRESCRIPTION FOR LEXAPRO BUT NEVER FILLED THAT LEXAPRO PRESCRIPTION AND INSTEAD DIRECTLY SWITCHED TO ONE OF THESE, WHICH YOU ARE CURRENTLY TAKING:
WE WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE YOU IN A RESEARCH INTERVIEW ABOUT THE TREATMENT OF DEPRESSION AND/OR ANXIETY. THE INTERVIEW TAKES ABOUT 45 MINUTES BY TELEPHONE, AND AS A THANK YOU, YOU WILL RECEIVE $75.
