Depression

I am currently on Wellbutrin, but thats not what i need advice about,

My current Girlfriend, I have been with for about a year now. I love her with everything left in me. Her home life is a wreck, always fighting with abusive parents. She still talks with an Ex-Boyfriend who lives in Chicago, Says that they are just good friends, and for the most part... i believe her. But then She starts saying " Well after I turn 18 His Parents said i could stay with them for a while so i can move up there, get a job and start college."

Does anyone else see something wrong with that, or is it just me? She would be living with her Ex. I know she says that hes just a friend, but i cant just be okay with that. I know several times when we've fought she had talked to him, but he has taken My side to things, and he has helped sometimes, but i still cant accept that she would be living with him.

I Try to convince her, that once i get out of High School, in May that i will be starting Full-Time at my job and that if she wants to move out of her house soo bad, that we could get our own place, but she wants to Move to Chicago soo bad, she says its the City, and The livliness that the city brings, but i still cant get over the fact, or the thought of her moving in with Him.Though she wants to maintain the relationship after she moves, I dont think that with these circumstances that a long- distance relationship would work very well.

I am Torn between thoughts of what i should do, I Love her. And all i want is for her to stay here with me.

Hi, I hope that I can give you some advice. I would first talk to her about how you are feeling. Be honest with her. I know this is very hard to do. I do think that she needs to leave her home if her parents are abusive. I'm not sure where you live but most places have domestic violence centers or some place where she could get help. I'm sure you have gone through most of these options. Well I don't know if I have helped but good luck. You are lucky to have someone in your life.
